This is a placeholder Privacy Policy. Labs Involve, a WebInvolve product, takes the privacy of patients and labs seriously. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and how we protect it.

What we collect

Lab account details (lab name, owner contact), and the patient and test data your lab enters to run its day-to-day work and deliver reports.

How we use it

Only to run the service for your lab — registering patients, generating reports, delivering them on WhatsApp, and handling billing. We never sell your data.

How we protect it

Patient data is encrypted and access is limited to your team. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA).
